Chefs
FULL & PART TIME
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to required specifications, maintaining high standards of hygiene (HACCP compliance essential)
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in developing new dishes and menus
- Ensure special requests from guests and team members are met with care
- Maintain portion control and minimize waste to protect profit margins
- Minimum 2 years’ experience or recent culinary qualification required
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and fluency in English essential; flexibility in working hours expected
