Let us take you on a stroll through the season, drawing inspiration from our local Limerick food heritage with wonderful produce that is right on our doorstep meaning we can be 100% about the provenance of our ingredients. 

Our wine selection reflects our interest and passion to support the small independent boutique producer and to be able to offer our guests handpicked interesting quality wines, organic where possible with great stories behind them. Our carefully selected ‘Fine & Rare Wines’ are served with our Coravin system.

Our bar service team create homemade infusions & bespoke herbal cocktails that tell a story – using the best ingredients & by presenting them simply to showcase their flavour & the love gone into making them.
