PREPARATION for your visit
As part of our environmental waste reduction program we encourage spa guests to bring own reusable light weight indoor shoes/ flip flops or slippers also as part of our single use plastic reduction program we also encourage guests to bring your own refillable water bottle which can be refilled in our spa rehydration station. While we do provide our guests with spa bathrobes, guests are welcome to bring their own bathrobe if preferred.
Arrival & spa ETIQUETTE
We recommend you enjoy our thermal suite for one hour prior to your treatment. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before treatment time to allow time to change and to complete a consultation form. The spa ethos at No. 1 is one of tranquility & relaxation. Clients will be provided with a locker, robe, slippers & a towel. Swim wear is advised to enjoy heat treatments. We ask that all guests assist us in maintaining a peaceful and safe spa environment for all our guests to enjoy. Our hotel garden / terrace is available for guest use pre and post treatment The latest treatment hour is 7pm. from Monday – Saturday and 2pm on Sundays.
Pregnancy TREATMENTS
We offer a range of customised Pregnancy Treatments for nursing & expectant mothers. During this delicate time, it’s important that your spa experience and treatment meets your specific needs, so please let us know at time of booking if you are focusing on fertility or if you are pregnant. We will send you an online consultation form to complete and return prior to your spa visit. For your safety, the Organic Precious Moments & Organic Prenatal Voyager Treatments are only suitable after the first trimester of pregnancy. Please note that during pregnancy the full use of our spa thermal suite is not recommended, however you are always welcome to relax in The Snooze Room or soak your feet in our Sole Pool Foot Baths.
Spa Facilities
Separate male & female changing rooms, unisex thermal suite and private spa suite including bathing room and wellness & treatment suite.
BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIOn
We have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. Treatments cancelled within these 48 hour periods will incur 100% charge. Pre payment is required to to secure all bookings.
MEDICAL/ SPECIAL Requirements
Please advise us of any special requirements that you may have at the time of your booking. Some therapies are not suitable for those with certain medical conditions.
ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION
If you choose to consume alcoholic beverages, No. 1 Pery Square cannot be held liable for any guest under the influence of alcohol prior, during and after their therapies at the spa. We also reserve the right to refuse access to spa treatment if we see fit for guests own wellness experience.
Age LIMITS
The minimum age requirement to access the spa and have treatments is 16 years of age.
Gifts & No.1 Spa Shop
All products that we use in our spa therapies are also available for purchase here at the spa. We also have a range of gift vouchers available. Please ask us at reception.
